now surpassing 48,000 certified analysts. However,
little work explores our "boots-on-the-ground" workforce.
I work hard to explore and elevate the experiences and insights of analysts into ongoing conversations of
important field issues.
Supporting Pre-Service & In-Service Educators​

Teachers often report struggling with classroom management. As a former special education teacher, I understand the critical importance of supporting our educators. I use my experience as a teacher, researcher, and analyst to provided professional development and consultation tailored to my audience. I also continue to conduct research focused on supporting teachers' use of positive, proactive classroom management strategies.
